Hi All, I am guessing a lot of you fellow "tried them all" troopers will be familiar with this mainly-soup diet (2 large cans of crushed tomatoes, stock, dry spring vegetable soup and loads of vegetables).
I made some yesterday - forget all the rest of the diet stuff - but we really like the soup (especially as a bit of a detox after a few big days) and it makes enough for two of us to have on and off for 3-4 days - usually about half a big boiler pot.
I totalled up the sugar in the ingredients as I put them in and it came to just under 12.0g. Would I be correct in assuming that the amount you would have in a single bowl would be negligible???
Would appreciate some comment. Thanks.
ps. Happy to provide recipe if anyone doesn't know it, with the breakdown of sugar. _________________ Ever the Optomist
